If you want to see the product
The marking is on the front page, running, with no sign-up and no email address. Type anything you like at it. That is the most useful thing we can show anyone today, and it needs no conversation.
If you are a head of department thinking about a trial
The terms of the trial, the prices and the seat counts are all on the pricing page, in pounds, with VAT stated. The procurement answer, including the data protection position, is on the school leaders page. Between them they answer most of what a first conversation would have covered.
If you have found an accessibility barrier
That is a defect and it is treated as one. The accessibility statement lists what has been tested and what has not, so you can see whether we already know about it.
If you have a data protection question
The school is the controller and Ribn is the processor. The privacy page is the short version and the school leaders page is the complete one. The data processing agreement and the retention schedule will be published there before the first pupil account exists.
When there is somewhere to write to
A monitored address will be published on this page before the first school is onboarded, because a school cannot be a customer of something it cannot contact. It is not here yet because it would not be answered yet.
